Amy is the Founder and Consultant of Main Street Mosaic, bringing more than 18 years of experience in business development, organizational leadership, and community-focused economic growth. She has led nearly every facet of organizational and business development, including business assistance, grant program administration, marketing and promotions, placemaking initiatives, public art projects, organizational management, and fundraising. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with business owners, nonprofits, and public stakeholders to support sustainable growth and long-term success.
Outreach & Engagement Coordinator
Paige serves as the Outreach & Engagement Coordinator at Main Street Mosaic, where she manages marketing and website strategy to support the firm’s visibility and client engagement. In addition to this role, she runs my own business, overseeing HR, website management, content creation, and day-to-day operations. This hands-on experience gives her a strong understanding of how effective marketing, clear messaging, and a polished online presence contribute directly to business growth, and I bring that entrepreneurial mindset into my work every day.
